Do we offer UK shipping?
Yes, we do provide UK shipping:

  • Standard Delivery: £3.45 (2–3 working days)
  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders over £150.00

Do we ship internationally?
Yes! We offer tracked international shipping via Royal Mail. Shipping costs start at £15, varying based on destination. 

Please note that local customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

What if my package is delayed or lost?
Though we aim for timely deliveries, unforeseen delays can potentially occur due to customs, or other external factors. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return swimwear items?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear items. Please ensure you're confident in your selection before purchasing.

What is your return policy for other garments?
Returns on non-swimwear garments are accepted if we are notified via within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, unworn and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
